SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN POLICY

We highly doubt it, but in case you're not happy with the product you receive, you can return it

within 20 days with your bill in unused condition and in original packaging only. Your products will be exchanged with a new one. Our store policy at the moment does not allow us to offer full refunds. Apologies for that.

For exchanging your products please mail us at hivehistory@gmail.com and we will inform

you about the next steps. We are not responsible for orders that are damaged during shipment. In such a scenario,the exchange is not applicable.

The exchange is also not made possible for products that we receive in damaged conditions.
